At Moby, we care about quality, safety, and your overall experience. Because condoms are considered intimate wellness products, all purchases are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

Final Sale Policy

  • All condom purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any condom products once delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To help us assist you quickly, we may request:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

Approved resolutions, including replacements or store credit, will be handled at Moby's discretion.
